After representing of VHCC at Med-e-Tel 2005 the list of Experts will be added by:

- Dr. Jarmo Reponen - Raahe Hospital, President of Finnish Society of Telemedicine (Finland)
- Dr. Nikolay Matveev - Moscow Research Institute for Pediatrics and Children Surgery (Russia)
The expansion of Expert Group and adding of new members will be done in the nearest future.

At 18 April 2005 Dr. Flores Pereira Blas Bayardo from Instituto Cantonale di Patologia (Switzerland) agreed to participate in VHCC as an Expert.
At 21 April 2005 Professor Kobrinsky Boris, Moscow Research Institute for Pediatrics and Children Surgery (Russia) agreed to participate in VHCC as an Expert.
At 22 April 2005 on behalf of Donetsk Research and Development Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics Dr. Vladzymyrskyy Anton (Ukraine) joined VHCC.
